Make your hair grow quickly

Hello!

Long hair is super feminine and no girl can deny that she hasn’t wanted to grow her hair super long at some point in her life. But growing your hair long can take so long that often we girls get impatient and end up chopping our hair off anyway.
While time is the only thing that will make hair grow, but here are some tips that can will keep you hair healthy and free from breakage. while letting it grow. Keep in mind that hair grows at an average rate of half an inch per month (yours might grow faster or slower).

                                                          Grow you hair quicker

  • Eat a healthy diet: this means eating fruit, vegetables, enough protein and cutting your intake of fatty or fast food.

  • Drink water: we all know that we should ideally be drinking 8 glasses a day but drink as much as you can, a little bit is better than nothing.

  • Exercise regularly: walk, run, swim, gym or dance, just keep active. Find an exercise or sport you enjoy and try do it at least 3 times a week. Exercise is good for all body functions and keeps you in shape as well!!

  • Massage your scalp: when washing your hair, make sure to massage the scalp to stimulate the hair follicles.

  • Wash and shampoo regularly: use a non-abrasive shampoo, the idea is not to strip all the moisture from your hair. And end off your shampoo with a good deep conditioner to nourish your hair.

  • Get a trim regularly: trimming your hair every 6 weeks will get rid of dead or split ends and make hair look thicker and healthier. Split ends can travel up the hair strands and cause further breakage if you don’t cut them.

  • Use herbal or coconut oil: this is recommended for dry hair but can be used for all hair types. Apply the oil, leave in for an hour and then shampoo your hair, but make sure you get all the oil out. This treatment leaves your hair moisturized and shiny.

  • Wear your hair loose or loose hair styles: tight hairstyles cause hair breakage which defeats the whole purpose of trying to grow your hair.

  • Avoid too much heat styling: hair dryers, hair strengtheners and hair curlers or wands all use heat to style our hair, but too much heat to the hair causes breakage. When you do heat style your hair, make sure to use heat protection or silicone.

If you are trying to reach a certain goal as to hair length (past your shoulders or waist length), keeping note of your hair growth progress can be beneficial. Some girls take a photo each month and compare them to see how fast their hair is growing. This will show you how close you are to your goal.
