Fruits you can snack on!


If you are on a mission to lose weight, you can do it by this delicious way! Oh and there's a bonus, u also get a great skin along with it!

Berries : THey are all packed with antioxidants and vitamins. They  are filled with fibre and taste amazing on grilled meat and salads.

Cherries. : They are similar to berries in therms of their antioxidants value.They have a bit higher natural sugar content, but they're still very low-carb and are an excellent source of important fiber. Cherries are amazing with bacon, feta and greens.

Apples and Pears :Low in sugar, contain a good amount of fibre and antioxidants. A great way to satisfy a craving for sweetness!

Peaches and apricots : Smart way to get a good dose of vitamin C and fibre.

Figs: Figs are just as low in sugar as strawberries, and are packed with fiber .

Watermelons : Very high in sugar, getting them should be a rare treat!

Mangoes and papayas : Though not as sugary as pineapples, they should be consumed infrequently.

Pineapples : Pineapple is very high in sugar, but it's full of valuable nutrients in addition to bromelain, so enjoy it guilt-free from time to time.
