Flaunting your curves in a Body Con dress - the right way..

If you're the kind of curvy girl who sticks with super-sveltifying black when it comes to dresses, we've got photographic evidence (& some really smart styling tips!) to convince you to give the LWD a try ..

Check out the gorgeous Jordin Sparks on the red carpet at a U.S. Open event last night, positively killing it in a body-con number . If you think that's hot, check out the side view:

Here are a few of her little style secrets for making the most of every inch of that white dress:

1. Choose something body-hugging, not body-obscuring.
The fact that this minidress clings to her every curve totally works in her favor--y'know how we're always advocating belts to help define your shape? This is the same concept, on a more intense level. When you've got boobs and a booty, a baggy dress will make you look bigger, so opt for something slim.

2. But don't show everything!
Never forget how important balance is when flaunting your figure--those 3/4 sleeves go a long way to counter the super-sexy fit of the dress.

3. Elongate, elongate, elongate.
It's the oldest trick in the book, but that's because it works! Nude shoes will always make your legs look longer, while sweeping your hair off your face into a high ponytail continues the illusion of a slimmer silhouette.
