Well Fitted Clothes
  • Always make sure that you buy items in the correct size. If it doesn’t fit, don’t buy it.
  • Just because it was on half price sale or was the last one left, isn’t enough reason to buy that fashion item. Even an expensive item that is ill-fitting ends up looking cheap and trashy!

Classic Pieces
  • classic grey trench coatClassic fashion items can be worn for many years without going out of style. Yes that pair of neon stack heels may look great now, but in a year from now, you’ll probably banish it to the back of your closet never to surface again.

  • So choose classic pieces, especially when it comes to the more expensive items.

  • Timeless items include a trench coat, leather jacket, light colored shirts, t-shirts and a black dress.

Combine Colors
  • floral sprint summer scarfThe most common mistake that many girls make is buying “neutral” color clothes and accessories because they “go with everything”, only to realize your wardrobe is filled with “neutrals” and “basics” so all your outfits look plain boring!
  • Don’t forget to add splashes of color to your wardrobe in the form of shoes, tops, scarves, belts, jewelry.
  •  Every girl should have a few bright accessories, stripe shirts, as well as floral, leopard and ethnic prints, which never go out of fashion.

Choosing the right evening wear!

Hello!

Are you looking for that perfect evening dress for a special event but are overwhelmed by all the choices? Don’t let shopping for evening wear become daunting task; rather let these tips help you find the perfect dress for your occasion.

How formal is the event?
LBD dresses and cocktail dresses are perfect for fancy evening functions. Long ball gowns are suitable for black-tie events. Once you know the formality of the function, it will make selecting the evening dress a whole lot easier.

What body parts do you want to enhance or hide?
Not all dresses work for all body types; if you want to draw attention away from your bottom, a figure hugging dress is not the way to go.
If you’re not sure what your best feature is, ask a friend or family member, or even a shop assistant.

What style dress do you like?
The most part of a dress is the color and style- they should compliment one another and the dress. Avoid choosing a dress that is in fashion this season, rather choose a classic piece. Here are a few styles:

Halter-neck Dresses this dress ties behind the neck and is perfect for ladies that want to draw attention to the top part of the body such as the shoulders, back, bust and face. T
his style will certainly detract attention away from the bottom half of the body like hips, butt and legs.

Cocktail dresses a little black dress (LBD) is the most popular type of cocktail dress as it can be worn to many occasions. LBD’s come in many different cuts, lengths and fabrics, strapless dresses are also quite popular. These dresses are easy to accessorize with a string of pearls, a pretty chain or row of beads.

Off the shoulder dressesthese dresses also attract attention to the upper half of the body and are very trendy at the moment. Accessorize this dress with a bold necklace or pair of chandelier earrings.

Two-piece outfits for those ladies that don’t feel comfortable in a one-piece dress, there is always the top and skirt outfit, or the option of wearing a stylish jacket over a dress.

The most important tip to choosing evening wear is to feel comfortable in what you’re wearing.

Sunglasses! tips to choose the right one!

Hello!

Sunglasses are one of those big fashion accessories that never go out of style. They are functional as they protect our eyes from the sun and of course they are also fashionable. There are many different styles, shapes, brands and size sunglasses to choose from that often we are left confused and not knowing which pair will suit us.

Consider these main factors when choosing sunglasses:

UV Protection:
One of the main purposes of sunglasses is obviously to protect your eyes but many sunglasses are made to be mainly fashion accessories and do not contain any UV protection. DO NOT buy these “fashion” sunglasses; rather look for a pair with the highest UV rating. Just because sunglasses have dark lenses does not necessarily mean they contain UV protection.

Tints:
Tints are the sunglasses lenses colors that reduce the amount of light that gets into your eyes. With different tints, the brightness and glare you see will differ.
Gray tinted sunglasses reduce glare and darken colors we see, whereas yellows lens sharpen your sight.

Polarized or Non Polarized:
Polarized sunglasses limit glare on the road and water and are thus a popular choice for drivers or people that spend a lot of time near the sea.

Now that you’ve read the main factors to consider when choosing sunglasses, you will want to choose a pair that suits your face shape:

Round Face:
If you have this shape face, you’ll want a pair of sunglasses to give the illusion of a longer face. Choose dark colored sunglasses with straight or angular frames.

Square Face:
This face shape has a strong jaw line, and the aim is to soften the jaw line, so choose sunglasses with an upturned curved frame such as aviators or wrap styles.

Oval Face:
This is the most versatile face shape as it can wear almost any type of sunglasses.

Triangular Face:
This face shape has a wider forehead and narrow chin, so the best choice is oval frames with colored lenses or thin rimed; vertical lined sunglass frames.

Long Face:
This face shape looks best with sunglasses that cover a lot of the middle of the face. Do not go for large or square frames and bold colors.

Apart from face shape, sunglasses should also be chosen in proportion to nose size.
  • If you have a large nose chose large frames to balance it out.
  •  If you have a while short nose choose sunglasses in a light color with a high nose bridge.
  •  If you have a long nose, sunglasses with high sidebars and a double nose bridge will suit you.

Summer sugar scrub !

Hello!
.
If your  skin is on the drier side, you need to use a sugar scrub rather than a salt scrub; they're less drying. As for the perfect scrub , you will need the perfect sugar scrub ingredients for the recipe!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup body oil (I used a lavender-scented moisturizing oil)
  • 1 teaspoon argan oil
  • 1 teaspoon rose hip oil
  • 1 teaspoon lavender oil
  • Airtight container

A little background on the ingredients:
  • Brown and white sugar — I like the roughness of brown sugar and the fineness of white sugar, so mixing them together makes a superb consistency for a scrub: not too rough, not too fine.
  • Body oil — Any body oil works. Other alternatives that work nicely are olive oil, almond oil or even Neutrogena body oil.
  • Argan oil —  It helps protect against wrinkles, reduce skin irritation, repair elasticity and remedy dry skin (but is also great for oily skin types). Not to mention, this oil is also amazing for your hair!
  • Rose hip oil — It contains vitamin A, which helps delay the effects of skin aging, assists with cell regeneration, and promotes collagen. This should result in firmer, smoother, and more youthful skin, with greater elasticity. Rose hip seed oil also contains a high amount of essential fatty acids and vitamin E, which further promotes healthy skin.
  • Lavender oil — Used only for extra fragrance.
  • Airtight container — You will need something to store your product in!

Besides the ingredients, you will also need a large bowl, spoon and measuring cups. Now we are ready to begin!

STEPS:

  • In no specific order, add all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix well. The sugar should look "fluffy." You can always test out your blend over the sink on your hands to decide if you want to add more oil or sugar to get the consistency you prefer.

  • Once your ingredients are blended well, you are ready to bottle your scrub for storage. Spoon your mixture into your preferred container. Using the back of your spoon, press the scrub down occasionally to ensure you get the most amount of scrub in your container.

  • That's it: Your scrub is finished and ready for use!

Tip: This is a great idea if you want to gift somebody !

Get the CAT EYE look!

Hello!

The cat eye makeup or eye cat is so called because it consists of an outline that recreates a feline look. It has been widely used for pin up girls from the 40 and 50, so if you want to give a vintage touch to your look with this makeup on your eyes you will succeed.

Cat Eyes Makeup

Lift up the lid gently with a finger so you can see the top edge of the eye. Line it with two or three layers of black eyeliner pencil waterproof. After outlining the lower edge of the eye.

Now apply the same black pencil eyeliner on the top outside edge of the eye, where the eyelashes.

To give more visibility to eyeliner, and it looks more attractive and deep, black liquid liner applied over the outline that you had done with the eyelinenr pencil. Apply gently to avoid deletion. You can draw lines spaced on the line previously drawn in pencil and then put them together.

We draw upon the cat eye makeup! To do this, close your eyes and apply a new pencil outlined above outlined above. The outline should extend slightly upward as it approaches the outer ends of the eye, as you see in the picture. When you reach the bone of the eye mark a point with liquid eyeliner.

Place the tip of liquid eyeliner on the point that you had drawn the outline and review from that point to the outer corner of eye. This feature will be the classic feline cat eye. When the outline is dry, finished with two coats of mascara, and shade if you prefer.
