Make your skin glow!

Hello ,

To get an amazing glowing skin this summer , ull have to take a little extra care of you skin. Cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise ..AND never leave your house without a sunscreen!

Here's a 4-step routine to getting a youthful skin :

STEP 1 : CLEANSE.  Find a good cleanser. The one that matches your skin type. Avoid bar soaps as they tend to dry out the skin. Choose a creamy cleanser if u have a dry skin and a clear cleanser if you have an oily skin. But, be careful not to cleanse too often.

STEP 2 : EXFOLIATE. This is one step that people mostly skip in their daily routine. But , if u exfoliate regularly , you will see the difference soon . Take some exfoliating scrup on a damp wash cloth and gently rub on your skin in a circular motion. After a quick rinse, all signs of dead skin are removed. STEP 3 : MOISTURISE.  If you have a dry skin, you must moisturise every single day! When your skin is tight, it's crying out for moisture. Be careful not to over-moisturize ,  this can clog pores.

STEP 4 : APPLY SUNSCREEN.  One of the reasons for getting wrinkles on your face is sun damage. So make sure you use sunscreen of atleast SPF30 everytime you step out of the house, even in winters and on cloudy days. Don;t use it at night though, too much usage can also aggravate the skin!
